Down Payments, Cancellations and Damage Waiver

Down Payments

You can secure your rental items with a 25% down payment. Quotes do not reserve equipment. Down payments are not refundable for any reason. 

Cancellations

25% down payment is non-refundable. 

Cancellations within 20 days of the event will be charged 50% of all items. 

Cancellations within 10 days of the event will be charged 75% of all items. 

Cancellations made after the truck is already loaded (1-2 days before event) will be charged full price for all items. 

Charges are non-negotiable. 

Damage Waivers

A 10% damage waiver can be added to your rental to cover incidental damage to equipment during the rental. If the damage waiver is declined, damages will be charged for 100% of the item cost. The damage waiver covers damage caused by accidents or natural events. It does not cover damage due to negligence, abuse or lost items.
