Frequently Asked Questions
Our prices are for up to 4 days for the shown rental price. You can pick up Thursday and return Sunday for the price shown. Pick-up rentals require a 25% down payment to reserve them. At pick-up, you will be charged the remaining rental amount in addition to a security deposit amounting to the replacement cost of the items. Items should be returned in clean and working condition. Security deposits will be released back to you no more than 3 days after the safe return of the items. If items are returned damaged, we will deduct the replacement cost of the item from your security deposit.
If you book a weekend rental and end up needing the items for additional days, you will be charged the rental price again for another 4 days plus a $10.00 late fee since that may interfere with other pre-booked rentals.
We require at least 24 hours notice for pick-up orders. Most of the time we are able to accommodate last minute orders, but we charge a $50 rush fee. Please call the office for rush orders 513-454-5832
Once booking, you will receive an email and/or text message with pick up and drop off instructions. Pick-ups are at a fixed time and location on certain days of the week. Please call 513-454-5832 for our current pick-up locations and times. You will need to bring everything needed to safely transport your items. Bungees and straps can also be rented at an additional cost.
